Or if you're on a larger screen like a desktop or laptop, it's a red rectangle [+ Create New] towards the top right of the page, immediately above the 'Quick Links' menu and level with the forum or thread titles.0

Are you using an ad blocker (e.g. uBlock Origin) with some custom filters to modify the layout of the forum? If yes then one of these typical filters loses an area where the Create button is located. A workaround is to temporarily turn off the ad blocker, refresh the page and the button will be visible. Since yesterday, I am suddenly not receiving e-mail alerts on my bookmarked discussions. Nor am I seeing the missing posts on the bell icon which should come up with dots. I have changed nothing whatsoever; specifically, I have not unbookmarked anything, and e-mails are not going into my spam folder (I have full control over my incoming mail, so nothing gets discarded without my specific say-so). Can somebody please give something a kick to get it going again?

It's been happening for a few days - and a separate thread (or two) is running mentioning it - but of course nobody is getting notifications when someone replies to it
