Received the £125 on 13/09 despite the aboveWLewer98 said:For the £125 payment, I believe that I have met all of the conditions. I used the debit card to buy a coffee on 30/08 but the transaction was pending for a while in my app and now shows as 04/09. I hope I still qualify 🤞

You did well then, the T&Cs for the spend and save £5 cashback explicitly say that its the date its processed, doesnt say anything on the switch bonus but you would have expected it to be the samesteveksullivan said:nic_c said:
That does not make sense. To get the £125 you have to use DC by 31 Aug. How Friday 1st September can be used as a because of the weekend.steveksullivan said:nic_c said:
Its not when you use it but when it's credited, so if you needed that transaction to be before 01/09 it won't count.WLewer98 said:For the £125 payment, I believe that I have met all of the conditions. I did the same, used mine late in the month and it didn't show on the account until the 1st because of the weekend ...... confirmed with CS rep on the phone it would be OK.Got my £125 yesterday ....!!!
If it was Tuesday 1st August affected by the weekend, then the 1st fine as it's before 31st August.hmmmm ......just checked backIt appears I had mis-remembered that it was a weekend issue, however the transaction was definitely made late in August and DEFINITELY did not appear on my account until the first September - and incentive was still paid - which is the main point I was trying to make.
"We’ll count payments based on the date the money is taken from your account. This is usually within 5 working days from the day you make the debit card transaction, but sometimes can be longer. You can tell when money is taken from your account by looking at your transactions online or on your statement."

Just checked my emails, I have never received an email with an attachment or even a link to the form to complete the switch. I've complained to TSB but their reply was "well you didn't complete the form" so they've said there is nothing that they can do.WillPS said:kiss_me_now9 said:
I'm fairly certain I did but I can't truthfully remember. I went through their website to create the account and followed all the steps on there, the PDF form for switching looks familiar. Would I have a copy in my TSB messages? I only have the welcome letter.antuk said:
For TSB you had to fill out this PDF switching form - did you do that?kiss_me_now9 said:I opened the TSB account on the day of my last post on this thread, and now have an open Spend and Save account but it doesn't appear that they have attempted to switch or communicate with HSBC (current provider) in any way. When I switched to HSBC earlier this year it was all automatically done and I didn't have to fill out any extra forms than the ones during the process of opening the account, I've had four letters from TSB about this new account (one to notify it was being opened, one regarding my online banking login, one with my new card and one with my new pin) but nothing about the switch over.
Bit annoyed because I presume this means I've lost out on the offer and the TCB £20 reward too. I can't seem to contact TSB about this via live chat on their app as it says this is 'currently limited to a small number of customers' or words to that effect. It's an Adobe Form, and a copy would have been sent to your email. There is no opportunity to switch as part of the account application itself.£2023 in 2023 challenge - £17.79 January0 -
Understandable. Chalk it up to experience, you should be able to benefit from another offer in future.kiss_me_now9 said:

I switched in July on the old offer and complied with t&c by 31 Aug to get the £125 a few days ago. I've made the offer's 5 debit card payments this month as 1/6 to get £75 but only just realised there's a parallel benefit of £5 for 1st 6 months of the account for 20 debit card payments. Would my 1st 6 months have started in July in which case I've missed 2 potential £5 cashback payments?

You probably have missed out on those 2 months, certainly for the previous offer (Feb 23) the 20 card payments/mth for £5 started the month the account was opened. Received the last £5 in August.kuepper said:I switched in July on the old offer and complied with t&c by 31 Aug to get the £125 a few days ago.
