Me again. Admin done and I'm working my way through flying in the living room.
Sofa covers are in the WM, windows are cleaned inside and all glass has been cleaned. We have a lot of glass! This has lead to me putting all DHs treasures/ junk onto top shelves where he can reach to clean them in future and all my lovely things where I can see them and clean more easily. Couldn't bring myself to get rid of anything though.Spend less now, work less later.8 -
@jazee I had plans for the sofa cushions this week but its done nowt but rain and I daren't tumble themOut to work this afternoon so its a quick fly around living room and bedroom - Mr L is doing the kitchen and picking up a few bits and bobs from lidl. The dog has just exploded a toy so vacuum has to come out and thats the extent of it today. I wont be home much before 6 and 6 hrs on my feet means all thats getting done tonight will be the dinner9

DW doneMilk purchasedLaptop updates and restart done, it seems to be running much nicer nowEmail sent re ASD assessment for squeak.. it is being reviewed this week so I added 2 video's so hopefully they can see what we see.
Dot was met by her 1-2-1 today and promptly jumped into the road as she was going in.. marvellous stuff.
Going to fill up a large MKM bag with cardboard to take to the tip.. but some more flinging from the shed is required.. I don't even know how there is so much in there!!
I have some bits to sew up which I will hopefully get done in the next day or 2.. but the shed needs gutting, sweeping, vacuuming, de-webbing.. I have discovered I can touch spiderwebs IF I have my marigolds on! Spiders are fine.. just not webs.
Black and brown bins emptied.. FLING!!!

I can confirm that all living room jobs on today's list are complete. DH said the hoover wasn't picking up yesterday. Maybe if he'd emptied it and wiped the filter it would have!
I'm lucky with the sofa covers as I have two sets and they dry quickly anyway.
I suppose bat some point today I need to get dressed and walk the dog but first I'll s&s the downstairs loo.Spend less now, work less later.6 -
@pigpen, not an option with Buddy ( the frug) he would have a field day pushing them off . Its cos of him they need doing !!Well that the vacuuming done and the living room straightened , I ended up doing the kitchen as well, just bed to make and Mr Ls clothes to lift off the floor and Im heading to work. Wont be busy cos of the weather and I was going to text to say maybe they dont need me, but they stepped down the wee lass, certainly no need of two of us.@jazee I have a love hate relationship with my vacuum . I treated us to a new one and OMG, its scary as every time I use it, I have to empty it But I love using it after struggling with a Henry for so long, my house is no longer furry7

@Longwalker Maybe put them in another room to dry and shut the door? The bathroom? Bedroom? I am so lazy I don't do anyhting which may cause undue energy expenditure..
