No. Everyone is doing individual responses, for genuinely personal evidential impact.Hopefully, my words above plus those in the first link are enough to focus you?!The Justice Committee want lots of actual evidence to answer their questions. Not opinion only.
Hence your submission has more value than most, because you have paperwork and texts/emails, showing what is going on at pre-action stage, to delay cases for years, to accumulate more interest and yet there is zero attempt to listen to the consumer and act fair.
It's ALL about treating you as a 'debtor' which is the biggest insult and surely an inappropriate pre-action stance, especially given you are a resident.
Do it in your own words and upload evidence.I am sooo glad to hear about every response done!
Things won't change properly unless the MoJ and Justice Committee are singing from the same hymn sheet as the DLUHC (whose ear is being bent by me and others already, and the DLUHC seem to get it).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Understood, appreciate the clarity. I’ve written something up today but will do few edits before submitting sometime this week, taking into account what you stated above…atm it’s pretty generic.1

I didn’t hear anything back since my submission.P.s. nothing further from Gladstone S.0 -
If you mean the Justice Committee Inquiry, they extended the deadline (it was silly just before Xmas) and I will do my answers to their questions next week.
Closes 17 January.
Then they'll take months chewing over it all...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Both steps? Surely, this is a one-step dance, every time you move home, you email the DPOs of Gladstones and the parking company in a single email providing the new address and demanding erasure of any old ones. Attach proof of the new address (like a recent utility bill) showing your name and new address. Don't "consider" taking the step, just do it. It's a no-brainer. dpo@uk-cpm.com and dataprotectionofficer@gladstonessolicitors.co.ukms966 said:Thanks both, I’ll consider taking both steps if I do change address.2 -
I haven’t moved address, still at the same place. I asked for future reference (I probably didn’t make it clear tbf). I will of course notify them as soon as I move.troublemaker22 said:

Ah okay, very typical of them. I was hoping maybe some changes would come in effect mid this year but highly doubt it.Coupon-mad said:If you mean the Justice Committee Inquiry, they extended the deadline (it was silly just before Xmas) and I will do my answers to their questions next week.

No this is not to do with the new Code of Practice which IS coming this year, courtesy of the DLUHC.ms966 said:

The Justice Committee Inquiry is a completely different thing, different Department. Please do it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

In case anyone wondering/newbie reading this thread, I’ve not had any further contact from UKCPM/Gladstone. Either they accepted defeat or court processing taking longer than usual (backlog of cases from Covid-lockdown).Would I be foolish to consider this matter as resolved? Anyone had similar experience?0

They can choose to raise a claim automatically using MCOL. No delays there. Subsequently getting any claim in front of a judge can often take 6-12 months.Lots of people come in the forum because they need to defend a claim up to 6 years after the event or have received a sneaky CCJ they knew nothing about. Keep everything and ensure you tell the PPC and Gladstones of any change if address2
