Quick update: my landlord (acting agent) called me today after receiving my email reply this morning (see attachment) to understand the reason for the ticket, I stated what Coupon shared. They seemed concerned - particularly because I mentioned I would summon the landlord if it goes to court with additional breach on data protection and GDPR. They are now contacting UKCPM with request to cancel but could not guarantee…fingers crossed 🤞🏼.On email they stated that clause 8.1 does not apply but on phone they mentioned that they are not sure and would speak with their legal team.Lol they started questioning what I do for work, kudos to you guys.3

Nice one @ms9662

Very good. Gladstones won't have A clue what is going on, they are just robo claimers
Gladstones have been spanked in court for residentilal cases In your case, with a landlord who seems clueless, judge might get the "cat of nine tails" out for them
Gladstones, like all the dodgy legals we see on here tend to play on electrified railway tracks
If the ticketer is paid £15 per ticket then UKCPM should be investigated by HMRC as to how they account for this. The landlord may also be on a share of the bounty
Is the ticketer an employee of UKCPM OR is ticketer another resident where you live
Will be interested to know how the landlord replies3 -
Snigger, I'll be back for a proper read later

Please then tell us here that you have done so.2 -
I'm back (family drama elswhere aside) Well done, that's funny, very funny. Love the bit about what do you do work wise. Had that myself a few times. Keep going my friend, this is an excellent example of deploying plan A.

Hello guys,
Just got this from my landlord, looks like they are not interested in supporting at all.0 -
Ignore the stuff at the start of that reply, which is picking you up on semantics but it is true (the word 'landlord' was used wrongly in your earlier reply).
It is the managing agents (not your landlord) who contracted with UKCPM. Their fault. The MA. Whoever they are.
Just read his bottom section and provide your comms and tell him to please get onto their legalised 'extortion' ex-clampers robustly, and stop treating a notoriously aggressive parking firm with such undeserved respect. They aren't going to rush to cancel PCNs just because someone politely 'reaches out' with a smiley emoji and seems to be labouring under the illusion that ex-clamper bullyboys are a professional industry with a consumer ethic that cares about residents' rights.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
