Hello again, I'm scared about going to court, now that the date is nearing.
I sent an email to Excel in response to their most recent correspondence "without prejudice" letter offering me to pay £200 and not go to court.
My email was an alternative dispute resolution with a lower amount I was willing to pay.
They have not responded to this.

I'm due in court next week, I've heard of unsuccessful stories of people against Excel, that they are a particularly harsh group.

If I don't win, I'll have to pay even more.

    Any advise ???

    Thank you all.

"Advice for WS bundle is your stage and it is already in the NEWBIES thread."

    Your reply:-

    "OK thank you."

Have you therefore filed and served your WS bundle?

    Have you seen this video?...

Just three or four people sitting round a table having a discussion.

    What's scary about that?

No you don't. As long as you attend the hearing and did your WS bundle in time.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
