Hi
Could you please put me down for 14lbs for this quarter Brambling, thank you.I’m not currently counting calories or doing any exercise as I was wiped out by what was really a minor cold, 1st in a longtime so think it was a shock to the system! I’ve now got a flare up of some inflammation around jaw that’s causing constant pain but this 2nd lot of medication seems to be lessening it so 🤞🏻I can get back to calorie counting and healthier food choices and even exercise which I’d say I don’t ever like doing but am really missing.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2026

Hello next 3 months of weight loss! My target for this quarter is 11lbs please - being the 4lbs to get me back to my Christmas weight, and half a stone off towards getting me back to my preferred weight. Am in the healthy weight range for my height, just feel better and healthier at the lower end of it.

Hi everyone
I would like to join you this quarter, I kept toy with losing weight, but did nothing.
Now I am ready to commit myself to 12lb ( 1lb a week over quarter )
Determined to excerise and count calories to remove the excess.

@Brambling mind if I rejoin please? I tapered off in Q1 due to busyness but now I’ve gained a !!!!!! ton of weight. I’d like to set a goal of 6lbs for this quarter please. SIGH. Here we go again. 3
