Court Claim CP Plus & DCB Legal Ltd

It makes sense in my head but wanted to make sure it had no legal implications or wasn't good practice (for any reason). Point 9 & 10 on the checklist came across as separate actions so I thought I should ask before combining them.Coupon-mad said:No you obviously cc them in! Think about it.
Thank you for confirming. I've filled out the forms, saved them and now ready to send back when appropriate.

DQ by claimant came in 2nd October. Just got back and seen this. Now sending off my own DQ via email and cc'ing in DCB Legal.
This only applies to 1 of the 2 charges so far. Still no movement on the other ticket, it's still at "Defence Submitted".0 -
Did you receive a DQ from the CNBC/CCBC or have you checked your status page on MCOL to see if they have sent it? It is recommended to wait until you receive one before sending one.0

I received it in the post (as well as it showing on MCOL). Thank you for letting me know though so that I can keep that in mind for the next one!Le_Kirk said:Did you receive a DQ from the CNBC/CCBC or have you checked your status page on MCOL to see if they have sent it? Right, so for one of these claims, this progressed and was transferred to my local court. My witness statement was due by 1st February. I started working on it last night. Today I just received a notice for this claim which was addressed to my local court. Thank you so much for your guidance!!
one other claim to beat on this thread (against same company). It’s currently still on “Stay Case Lifted” since 05/12/23 according to MCOL

Hey both, thanks for the reply. I attached the email and form sent to me. I wasn’t sure what I needed to redact (if anything) so I just redacted what I thought was necessary. And yes dcblegal. Let me know your thoughts

Yay - yet another DCB Legal discontinuance. As expected and astonishing they are getting away with abusing the courts like this.
WELL DONE - THAT'S A WIN!
ANOTHER CP PLUS ONE BITES THE DUST!
I have added you to the 'disco' thread.

Regarding the second claim on this thread, (also against CP Plus and Dcblegal). It’s currently still on “Stay Case Lifted” since 05/12/23 according to MCOL. Do I continue to just wait on this because it seems like it’s getting dragged out for ages.2
