been swimming, swished my swimming things and pegged them out. i’ve also been to the dentist so fewer work hours today. i will make them up on friday when i’ve to be there at the crack of dawn* for a meeting.
Tea cooked, kitchen tidied, pots either WUALTD or stacked in DW.
Have started the border on the cot blanket. i’ve gone for pale yellow to add to the uniqueness. it’s a 16 row pattern with between 9 and 15 stitches, depending on the row. It’s not, however, conducive to following a prog on TV. i’m now swapping between Homeland and Before I Die (and playing ‘spot who was in Scott and Bailey, which i ❤️.
So I’ve also started knitting my next baby cardi. I’ve got until September. My knitting has got SO much neater. Practice makes perfect and all that.

Morning all. Hope you all manage to whip your men into shape pretty sharpish. There's still a little room for improvement here after forty years!
Today, I have loads of flying to do. Going to start by getting admin up to date and will report back later.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.7 -
Morning all,
Up early again, as I have already done 1 of my 3 return journeys to big town, dropping DH at work for his last day in the office before he goes part time from next week. I have to pick him up this evening from a restaurant. As I was done with that early, I went to the allotment to water to get that job ticked off. Wm is now sloshing. Next job - ransack the loft to find a small suitcase for DD. It is probably playing Russian dolls in other suitcases, so this may take a while.
Jazee, I think whipping into shape is a lost cause here. I’ve been trying for 35 years…8 -
Me again. List of what I've done.

Morning.
Yesterday I had a washout migraine, so only did minimal flying. It's still grumbling today
Thankfully this morning is a lot cooler, with a hint of rain in the air, and I slept better last night. So far I have made my bed, loaded the DW, S&S'd the kitchen, PUPA in the LR, hoovered all through downstairs and mopped the floors. Next I need to clear some paperwork, then go to the local shops, which will allow me to cross a load of bitty things off my list. Hopefully I will get some light gardening done this afternoon - there's a good chance of some thundery showers tomorrow.
(((Hugs))) all round, as needed xxx

All washing now on airers to dry. Paintwork wiped in living room, kitchen and HSL.
DH did not arrive home in time for me to have the car to meet friends. Not happy as he knows Tuesday is MY day. Now just going to read my book.Spend less now, work less later.8 -
2 loads of washing dried and ironed, bedding changed in the process. 2nd trip to big town done, so haircut is ticked off the list. Downstairs toilet cleaned, and LR french windows cleaned of the squashed flies that DH loves to decorate them with. Small case hauled from the loft for DD. Pots and garden veg watered, as, although it has looked like rain all day, none has actually materialised. Random flying at its best.6
