Hi, @mucky_moo i think I have put it on here before but not sure if it made tge recipe section. I make it like a long oversized sausage roll. Roll out short crust, flakey or puff pastry according to taste, in a bowl mix together one chopped onion, 2 beefburgers, a portion of minced meat ( about the same amount as 2 beefburgers) and 2,desert spoons of tomato sauce. Mix well together and lay down the length of the pastry. Finely slice cheddar cheese and lay on top of meat all the way along the roll. Fold the sides of pastry up sealing together with water. Cut roll into portions. About 2/3 of a burger makes one portion cook in oven atc180° for 30 mins. You can make the mince mixture with herbs and egg to bind and avoid beefburgers but I find this way quicker. Hope this makes sense. Good luck. It freezes well too.craft stash 2023 =161, 2024 = 119 2025 = £17.98 spent, 128 made and 5 mended,

Sorry but I'm a bit late to the July grocery party this month.
Please put me down for £160 for July
We need to live out of the freezers (I have 4) and stock cupboards this month for two reasons. The first is to try and catch up on my overspends and the second reason is that I need loads of freezer space for all the veggies and fruit that will be gathered later this summer.
It will be tight but I need to make the effort and be creative with what I already have5 -
£10.01 spent this morning in L1dl which takes me to £55.62 so far. Already over budget but there is lots of meat in the freezer!🤞🏼4

I spent £4 on a Too Good To Go surprise bag tonight, it was from an A$da Petrol Station store. Wasn't happy with the contents though which is a shame as I've always had some fantastic things in those bags. Never mind. Also nipped to the local international store to pick up some snacks for LO school lunches. So I'm on £9 so far this month.February NSDs: 0 / 10

Whilst moving the contents of the store cupboard to make room for a shop I was to do found a jar of hilmanns mayo dated 11/22. This item was in a TGTG bag and had been sat patiently waiting. Today this items contents were moved over to another vessel where it is easier to dispense. Space made and money saved. Yep I am one of those!

Thanks for ingredients @Nelliegrace. Thats why we buy them as there are no dairy products in them. They also dont contain Soya like so many other things do. The may contain just covers the fact that they are made in same factory as other things that do contain milk.craft stash 2023 =161, 2024 = 119 2025 = £17.98 spent, 128 made and 5 mended,
