Hi All
Did I miss anything????
I’m back after a fabulous trip to the States. We visited Miami, Cape Canaveral, Savannah, Greenville, Gatlinburgh, Macon and the beach at the Cape Florida State Park. Absolute highlight was a day spent at the Kennedy Space Center and watching a Spa$e-X rocket take off that night, while standing on Cocoa Beach.
We went to a few supermarkets for drinks and nibbles along the way - Publix, Wynne-Dixie, Walmart - but I didn’t get the opportunity to wander around and compare prices. (Mainly I was hunting for my favourite Covergirl lipstick and make-up, which are no longer sold here. Yes, I stocked up.)
We got back at the end of last week and went to L!dl for supplies. £9.46 spent on milk, mushrooms, carrots and a couple of YS items. Used the self-service and my change was mostly 5p pieces.Declaring for July at £134.50/£135.20 leaving 70p to roll over to August.

4 - 1 pair "combinations" (Merino wool thermal top & leggings)
6 - Ukraine Forever Tartan Ruana wrap
12 - yarn
1.5 - sports bra
2 - leather wallet6 -
Declaring at 354/400 exactly. Not too bad4

Pipney Jane, your US trip sounds fantastic. I've wanted to visit Cape Canaveral since watching the flights to the Moon taking off when I was a teenager. Maybe one day...
I've lost the plot this month so rounded up my estimate to £630, leaving £570 for the rest of the year.Grocery challenge 2025: £650/1500 annual budget5 -
