"you cannot internally transfer funds to the Branch Saver via online banking. The branch saver is only branch and postal operated and cannot complete the internal transfer online".Could you do it before? And for me, the more important question is can you still transfer from Branch Saver to Instant Access?
I've requested support (via secure messaging) to confirm that a couple of things are allowed last night:
"1. Can I deposit into the Branch Saver account by faster payment/BACS without visiting the branch or posting a letter?
2. Can I request an internal transfer from the Branch Saver to the Instant Access Saver account by sending you a message here?"

1. Yes (because nothing has changed in that respect and if it had, all Branch Saver account holders would have to be notified as this would be a change to the account T&Cs)
2. No - withdrawal requests for this account require a signature, so can only be done in a branch or via letter/post0 -

I agree with you. I think it is yet another clerical mistake, but a pretty serious one. They put that chaps for Bacs mistake in both my welcome letters, issued on two separate dates, not to mention telling me how to operate the branch saver online.refluxer said:
No, I didn't get that information. This is a copy and paste from my welcome letter, which tallies with the general T&Cs...gwapenut said:The app is back up. It definitely told me to use those details on the welcome letter in my electronic document store. May I ask what you put for the account name for your inward faster payments? Is it "Hanley Economic BS" or "Mr/Mrs Refluxer" ?refluxer said:You can send a payment to us directly from another Bank or Building Society account by simply using the following details.Faster Payment / BACS:

Hanley Economic Building Society. As that is the name associated with account number 09995102.
HEBS then credit your account.1 -
Is anyone else having trouble logging on to your account? I couldn't log on last night, or this morning. Keeps saying
"Sorry, An error occurred while processing your request"

Thank you @gwapenut, I know they had another computer glitch on the 31st Aug, I guess it's a hangover from that.0 -

Apologies - I just checked and I'd remembered incorrectly. I put 'Hanley Economic Building Society' down as the payee name.gwapenut said:
