    Hi Guys,

    I have received an email from dcb legal with a n180 form that they have filled attached.  Do I keep on waiting for the court to send me a n180?

    You probably won't for a while.  I did my Acknowledgement of Service on 26 April and submitted my defence on 3rd May.  I got DCB Legal's completed N180 on 6 June, then it was a long time before I got sent mine to complete.  I then finally heard from court with a court date this week, so don't panic.

    Hello Friends, 

    After a very long fight I am pleased to say that we have finally won! I have just received the Notice of discontinuation (N279) this morning.  I was recently tempted to pay the fine when they emailed me with the offer of £100 but we have to brave till the end!
