Hiya the email is dated 16 of June.Coupon-mad said:Perfect, if that email is dated July because the 30 days will take you into August. Past the date when the DLUHC publish their detailed draft Impact Assessment and Consultation .
Great timing!
You need to know that July is an important time for a private parking announcement from the DLUHC that you can use in your court defence.
We hope we can count on you to come back here in August to join us to get the new Code & law over the line and past the rogue PPC industry at last?
Read my posts about the Judicial Reviews and the upcoming PUBLIC CONSULTATION.
See you in August...we will be discussing it and we very much hope the added £70 will be banned (again) as the DLUHC first did in Feb 2022 before the parking industry money-grabbers temporarily blocked it.
Can you help me respond to them please.0 -
I have done my best to remove all personal information so that the post does not get deleted.
Please someone help me respond to the below, email received on 16 June.

You don't really need any poster's help to respond, because there are dozens of recent threads just like yours and you can read some when you search:

That's the best way to use the forum. As a search resource.
When searching, always change 'best match' to NEWEST, otherwise you'll find yourself reading eight year old out of date advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do I need to respond now or wait until I get a letter from the court.0

I already advised (above) why you don't just let them issue a court claim.Coupon-mad said:Perfect, if that email is dated July because the 30 days will take you into August. Past the date when the DLUHC publish their detailed draft Impact Assessment and Consultation .

Ok - so do as I advised and extend by another 30 days. As seen in the recent results you will find when you search.Coupon-mad said:You don't really need any poster's help to respond, because there are dozens of recent threads just like yours and you can read some when you search:

Hi Guys,
I have now received a Claim Form from Northampton County Court Business Centre dated 23 August. My defense is almost ready. Please advise the next steps, never had to fill any of these forms before. Many Thanks.

You do your AoS online using the MCOL. Do not post your defence on there. That will be sent as a pdf attachment to the CNBC by email.
All the guidance you need is in the Newbies/FAQ thread and the first post of the template defence thread where there is a 12-point checklist.1 -
