Don't forget that your voltage can legally fall to 216.2V so the power drawn could fall to 2.8kW.

Your Toolstation link is a red herring.  That's a switch, not an outlet.
It's the sort of thing you'd use where it may not be immediately obvious that a remote hardwired circuit has been left on accidentally.  It might be fitted above a worktop in the kitchen to control the electric underfloor heating or the boost immersion heater upstairs.  The 45A is just the maximum current it can handle.
BTW, you don't need to include all that clutter in the link, better to keep it simple by deleting the question mark and everything after it.
I'm no further forward, no call from original Electrician yet
Is there a link to Dimplex requested 'Unfused Switch' that my low rate connection 'should' be using, one with mser's preference of Neon Light, if I can see example I can show to Electrician once one arrives.
Meanwhile Dimplex are going to need 7 day running example. best I at least get connections re done 1st.

    thnks

Not sure why Dimplex specify an unfused spur; probably s bit out of date or intended to reduce calls from cold customers who have lost the fuse or used a 3A one !
The vast majority on the market today are fused spurs but if you're really determined here's one with a switch and a neon.
Make sure it's not supplied from a fuse box with a nail instead of a fuse...

Sense at last new quote including named required parts from reputable Electrician.
    Once latest 'repair' is arranged
I'll have on peak double pole switch+off Peak switch inc Neon Light.
Seems much better as I'm being advised what's required from my photos only.
Once this is complete I'll mention latest costs seems very reasonable as I currently have Non Working DQ.

    thanks

    @Gerry1

Accurate example you mentioned as today's Electrician immediately mentioned off peak should have been 20A
Wonder is there's a white light one only as it will be directly in front of Livingroom sitting area.

Dimplex support have confirmed if core i.e. room type temps are higher than my scheduled temps then DQ wont take any charge overnight.
Additional charge function can be setup for a few hours to 'force' overnight charge, which I think could be useful during late summer/autumn.

I just upped the set temperature if I wanted it to still charge when we were going into spring rather than messing with the charge times. Saved me messing about in the charge settings.

Thanks I was beaten by your Method only as Core/Room Temps have been High 20's range whilst I was 'scheduling' much lower Temps hance 'Cancelling Out' overnight Storage.
I followed new instructions yesterday quite straightforward though I''ll need sockets 'Fixed'' 1st.

If you select the extra charge function it will force the heater to take some charge overnight regardless of the temperature.

hold menu and advance down together
    highlight charging and enter
    highlight additional charge and enter
turn round dial clockwise and select up to 7 hours extra charge

Thanks mser's could finish my updates very soon after some unexpected Post DQ 'Installation Fixes'

    When the clock strikes Midnight....hopefully

Honestly Ide like to say everything is Perfect only 2 minor concerns.
Today is 2nd time I have Old School Fuse board upgrade recommendation, which I plan to arrange at later stage maybe this or early next year, which I've been advised today could be required sooner only if DQ Off Peak doesn't Light up the Sky Tonight!
Not sure what happened quite a lot of mins after Electrician left, though had a very short Multi Fuse Trips- not all of them though a few, which I've switched up again, here's where I've No Idea as I noticed my Green Symboled RCD Switch is Down?

These are almost impossible to find, how do I check Amps of my old school fuses

    Edited
    Since found ....
    thanks
