Bristol airport speed camera parking fine

Fruitcake said:Plan A is always a complaint from the keeper to the landowner (who I am sure will ignore it), the landowner's sub-contractor, (Bristol Airport Ltd), and the keeper's MP.
That hardstanding is outside the area where VCS are contracted to operate. That will be one of several appeal points if you do get an NTK.
You will also use: -
Not the landowner. (The airport is owned by a foreign investment company)
No contract with or flowing from the landowner to issue charges. (Their contract is with a sub-contractor, not the landowner).
Not relevant land/no keeper liability, airport byelaws apply. See the PoFA 2012.
Stopping is not parking. Jopson v Homeguard applies
Stopping to check directions is a permitted byelaws activity and is not a breach of airport byelaws.
No "No Stopping signs" on the hardstanding.
Outside the "No Stopping double red lines".
Do not under any circumstances identify the driver. Only ever refer to The Driver and The Keeper, who are two different people as fart as the law is concerned.
Did you ask for this thread to be moved to the parking forum?
Please also tell us the outcome of your Premier Park thread from last year.
My claims got rejected as far as I can remember
No I didn't ask for this to be moved .
Dont want any bad credit going against me didnt want to keep asking people as I don't know how to navigate around all the jargon.
Easy for some people who know the speel0 -

It wasn't a speed camera van.
You don't pay private parking firms and don't need to be "good at this stuff" because we've already written a template appeal and template defence.
Don't pay another one. You should never have paid the Premier Park one.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Looking at the plan A part is there a template I can use or is it the standard one for the parking charges?
As I thought I'm writing to complain to land owner first.

Update .
Sent to MP
And Bristol airport
Had a response from local MP to say I have to fill out a data protection form for them to look In to my case . Which has been sent off today .
Gave me a case number .
Caseworker introduction.

Had a response from the local MP who wants to speak with VCS on my behalf to have it reviewed they said also for me to appeal it alongside them .
I guess that's what I have to do before the appeal date ends which I think is the 4th of July
Fill out the blue template form now ?1 -
Please don't use a template for a case that obviously needs detail in the appeal/complaint to give your MP something to support.
No template: just state that you were the driver (they have pics, after all) and say what happened (the quick conversation after turning round in the course of driving) and also prove with an attachment that you had paid for Meet & Greet.
Don't call it a speed camera car.
Add that you are complaining to the Airport (AND DO SO, IMMEDIATELY) and that your MP is horrified and will be in touch as well because this predatory ticketing clearly breaches the new incoming statutory Code of Practice in two ways: this was a mere 'momentary' turning around/stop in the course of driving, which the new Code does not allow, and the van had 'Road Safety Unit' on the side which misled you and is specifically banned wording in one of the new DLUHC Code's annexes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
