Hi been a while, received this today… to be expected?
Yes. Why are you not following the 12-point checklist, as advised, in the first post of the template defence thread?

Advice taken, have relooked at the guidance on defence template. Thank you for the direction!

I have a voicemail from DCB Legal asking me to return their call.

Is this a usual thing they do? Just so I can prepare what to say
  • Do not return their phone call. Ignore them. This is just one of their usual steps before discontinuing.

Just a thought… how do people end up with CCJs when it’s parking tickets? Would that be going to the court, losing your case, then not paying?

Exactly that, but also there is no need to even go to court.
    Just ignoring everything is enough.

    Received this today
  • Advice doesn't change. Continue to ignore the vermin. You are almost there. They are about to capitulate and discontinue.

Hiya, today I received a Notice of Transfer of Proceedings, is this indicative of them not discontinuing the case?
