I have the photos I uploaded to a web hosting site, (postimages.org) but for some reason I can't find the originals on my pooter that will have the meta/exif data to show when or where the images were taken, although I will keep looking.
I can't work out how to extract the meta/exif data from the web hosting site either.
In which area was the car parked? Was it the main pay and display area entered off the main road entrance via a barrier, or a staff car park, or one of the small car parks at the far end to the main entrance, or somewhere round the back?
You won't need these until much later in the process at the witness statement/exhibits stage. I don't know when UKPC lost the contract to Total Parking Solutions, but I know it was no later than June 2022.
Main entrance.
Main P & D car park entrance barrier. An unreadable UKPC sign is just above the Caution sign.
Sign, unreadable from one car length away in the main P & D car park. The hedge behind divides the hospital signs from Grange Road just along from the main entrance road. The bus stop on Grange Road is just the other side of the hedge.
Unreadable sign in one of the two separate car parks (without barriers) at the far end from the main hospital entrance, one of the ones off the roundabout. I think it was the one that was bounded by the road that goes round the back. From memory, these two car parks used to alternate between disabled staff spaces and disabled patients/visitors by the use of flip-signs. The patient visitor option was removed shortly after UKPC took over.
Further along the same car park as above. The sign is just above the white car.
I'm not sure exactly where this was, but at a pinch it shouldn't be too difficult to find it again.

Fruitcake thank you so much! It was the staff car park round the back, round the right hand side behind A&E.
At what stage do I use the images? As part of the witness statement?
Coupon mad awesome, help is honestly so greatly appreciated. Which post has the email details? And I just send my defence right at this stage?0 -

If that's the case, then please re-read the first reply you received on this thread where it says...KeithP said:To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
Nothing gets sent with a Defence. Evidence comes later - at Witness Statement time.1 -

I don't have any images from that area, but they are from the hospital site, and UKPC signs are always inadequate and fail to comply with the BPA CoP.
You include them at the WS/exhibits stage, which as I said, comes much later in the process, usually a few weeks before the hearing itself.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks1 -

The opening post of that template Defence thread includes...The rest of that checklist will be handy too.
