    Or if you are a light user this might appeal, 250 mins (charged at 5p pm thereafter) and 2gb data pm equivalent to just under £2 per month incl eu roaming;

    OK, so it sounds like they will take a £10 topup if you don't have enough balance to cover your boost cost. So you will be charged £10 per month for three months then not pay the next month. Not great if your monthly budgeting is tight.

    How much roaming do you need? Do you mean eu or outside europe? From memory I think lebara allow partial usage of your allowance, and nowmobile/rwg do if your bundle is £5+

    Roaming is just for when I go on holiday really, but just like to have it included

    If you go for a 30 day bundle you could just upgrade for the months you need it (best to call customer services and say you want a one-off) depending on how often you go on holiday.

    If you want a deal you can sign up to and not have to manage I would suggest this;

    https://www.rwgmobile.wales/webshop/offers/unlimited-mins-sms-5gb-data-£5-month/

    £5 for 30 days automatically recurring, unltd calls and texts with 5gb data you can use all of it in eu. Some providers limit how much of your allowance you can use abroad (or monitor whether you are using more abroad than at home).

    My understanding is that the £7.50 is deducted from your credit balance each month. As the minimum payment they will process is £10 they may be suggesting you automatically top up by that amount every month so that you don't run the risk of not having enough credit to pay for your boost. One possible explanation is that you need to make a £10 topup every 120 days or you will be disconnected.
    Unless the offer is particularly special or you need something they are offering I would suggest you look elsewhere.

    Thankyou, I have been looking at different ones. I'm with plusnet now but they are closing 🙄 so I need to find an alternative. 1p mobile seemed good as they still included the data roaming. I'm sure it's not, but it just seems complicated payment wise. I can't get my head round it 🤔

    People are confusing you with a LOT of incorrect info, there is no top up requirement on 1p if you buy a recurring bundle. 1p simply take the cost of the bundle every 30 days from your bank or PayPal account. I have never topped up my 1p Mobile sim, it has always only had a auto-recurring bundle added.

    This section relates to ADDITIONAL use, ie. if you use up your allowance and want to use additional data on a PAYG basis, or if you want to make international/premium rate calls.

    Any chargeable calls or texts you make, and any additional data you use, will be deducted from your credit. Thereafter, to ensure you can always use your phone for out of bundle calls and texts when you want to, we will automatically top-up your usage balance with an additional £10 (charged to your card) whenever your balance falls below £2.

    So the information on 1pmobile's website is incorrect?

    "4GB data a month with unlimited calls & texts

    With our 4GB PAYG bundle you pay just £7.50 a month for 4GB of data, with unlimited calls and texts to UK landlines and mobiles. No contract - 30 day rolling PAYG.

    Join 1pMobile today with a £10.00 top-up so you are all set for when the SIM arrives.

    Your 4GB and Unlimited Calls+Text Boost will be added automatically every 30 days from your credit. And when your balance falls below £2, we will automatically process a £10 top-up for you,"

    £10 topup to start and monthly bundle is deducted from your credit balance. This is a lot of rubbish is it?

    And in their current t&c's;

    The current minimum topup is £10

    1pmobile say that they DO NOT accept payments less than £10. If in fact they do then THEIR website is the source of misinformation.

    Perhaps you could upload a screenshot of a payment of £7.50 leaving your bank or PayPal account to 1pmobile, then we will all know not to trust what we read on 1pmobile's website, or what the call centre agent told the op.
