I tried Seacroft yesterday and it didn't work - it was correct type of gammon and weight but charged me full price - managed to get a refund from CS tho.

Thanked OP - I just picked up two at our Tesco Extra. One for me and one for Mum, there were loads on the shelf.

I did have a heart attack moment :eek: when I saw them scan at £5 less than it said on the wrapper as they were was then under £20 each, but when the receipt printed off at the end of the transaction, the price showed at the full amount and then the two reductions at the end.

Dressed in brown 1cm gauge netting beneath outer clear polypack and over clear cryovac packaging, occasionally with soft poly outer bag, usually situated in end cold cab ABOVE bone in joints. Those of you not hitting on this offer it is because you are picking up the WRONG packs, the correct packs are around 8k+ in weight as opposed to bone in which can range up to 10.5k

Not to be confused with the larger Tesco bone in Gammon/Ham joint.
Price should be between £20.50 - £23.95 The larger Bone in joints priced around £15.50-£19.50 are NOT subject to this glitch.

By the way I have bagged a few of these for family, had a chap in the queue in front of me kept offering me to jump in front of him, elderly guy said he was in no rush to get home to empty house, couldn't believe everyone filling their trolley's with only two days closing, he had a typical home alone shop in his trolley so I bunged him a gammon and paid for his shopping in coupons and gave him another £20 worth for next week on behalf of Sir Tel LOL. He was well chuffed and bursting with Merry Christmas, so when your bagging your bargain have a look around you and see if you can see someone worthy or in need of a little boost and do the good deed if you can folks, remember it's a lot easier on us corporate basher's than the average man in the street.

Thanks just got back and got mine for nothing too! Went back to try for another but jobsworth alerted manager so feigned that I had lost my card. I bet that is what has happened at the stores where the glitch isn't working! Never mind I am happy with one :beer:

Worked in Milton Keynes Kingston, and my friend went to the Bletchley store and it worked there for her, not working at the Wolverton Store.

I wish this was true *sigh* but I definitely picked up the right one. Funny thing is I went earlier in the day and it didn't work ( I went through the till as they don't have any self scan) and someone else on here went to the same store in the evening and it worked for them!
