    yes at the bottom of the form it states you must send a copy to all parties

    Yes , if this claim was filed by UKPC themselves (the Claim Form shows this) you copy them in.

    If they used a solicitor you copy them in, instead.

    I have emailed it to both CCBC and UKPC the N180 and I have had auto replys from both.

    Will keep everyone posted.

    But the claim can't have been filed by UKPC.

    It was dated in May, when they were using solicitors. UKPC didn't do in-house claims in May.  You remain in breach of the Sanctions Order until you copy in the right party.
