Yes , if this claim was filed by UKPC themselves (the Claim Form shows this) you copy them in.
If they used a solicitor you copy them in, instead.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have emailed it to both CCBC and UKPC the N180 and I have had auto replys from both.

It was dated in May, when they were using solicitors. UKPC didn't do in-house claims in May. You remain in breach of the Sanctions Order until you copy in the right party.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
