I think as I am the driver I need to remove point 4, but again I'm not fully sure on this?
I really appreciate everyone's assistance on this.0 -

What do you still need to know?Jelly974 said:Also need to know about different address still???
Didn't my post on 19 May at 5:48PM, and the few posts following it, help?
And please stop posting all of your Defence.
No-one needs to check all the standard stuff - or perhaps they do if you have changed any of it? It makes the tasks far more time consuming than it need be.3 -
If you have copied the template defence then there is no need to post it all.
Do you mean advising of a change of address?
If so you need to email the claimant and the court to update your address and ask them to erase the old one as advised earlier in the thread.

Thanks KeithP, I know you advised I send this to the claimant and the court my question is where, via the dpo email... and for the court...?KeithP said:

Would you advise a bank statement KeithP? Obviously withholding account details, the utilities are not in my name unfortunately.
I was advised to use latest statement preloved1416 had posted and then advised I need to add 5-11 from the dropbox file.
In terms of changes
I have removed statement 4 from preloved1416's statement and entered 5-11 from the the dropbox file.
I also renumbered and corrected some missing spaces.
I can see that statement 12 on the dropbox is also the same as 4 (that I removed) from preloved.
I apologies if I I'm not fully understanding here, this is not at all something I am cable of it has pushed me far out of my comfort zone and has been very difficult for me.
I will not post my full defence here again.Boat_to_Bolivia said:If you have copied the template defence then there is no need to post it all.

@Coupon-mad will confirm, but as I understand it you need to add the extra paragraphs 5 to 11 from @Johny86 Defence (as seen in the dropbox file above).
Then add all the remaining paragraphs from the Template Defence, renumbering them as you go.1 -

Just wanted to double check, from what I can see from GolfR12's statement the only differences that would apply to me are remove 2. and
remove second part of 3.
swap their 5. for my 3.
delete their 6. as admitting being driver
My hopefully last thoughts, the statement of truth and its header was numbered on the file and not for GolfR12's, I'm assuming leaving this unnumbered is fine.

I believe I am now confident this should be my final version.
2. It is admitted that on the material dates, the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle.
3.The Defendant recognises the site as a retail car park for the stores which the Defendant attended occasionally.
4. The Defendant does not recall receiving any ‘pre-claim’ correspondence from the Claimant.
5. The Particulars of Claim ('POC') ....
Which I will be sending to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk tomorrow, should I include my bank statement as proof of address in this same email or a separate one?
Should I call the court to rectify my address?
Should I send my address proof to DPO of UKPC?All your assistance is greatly appreciated and thanks for your patience with me.

Without scrolling back and re-reading it all, was the claim sent to the wrong address?
Don't include anything else with your defence. Just email the the DPO at dpo@ukparkingcontrol.com and tell them that this is a rectification notice and they must "erase" your old address. The same can be done to the CCBC but just use the ccbc@ address. ALso email DCB Legal withthe same message.2
