Would I also be right in thinking this needs to be sent by 4pm to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk as a pdf signed and dated. Subject as my claim number0

Full instructions for submitting defences are contained in the Template Defence thread and also any posts that @KeithP has made. You are correct for the deadline but do not leave it until close to that time in case there are issues as we know there can be with the CCBC servers!Jelly974 said:Would I also be right in thinking this needs to be sent by 4pm to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk as a pdf signed and dated. Okay I have submitted my defence and received an email response from ccbc.
I have drafted the below and will be submitting this to
DPO@UKPARKING.COM
dpocontact@dcblegal.co.uk
ccbc@justice.gov.uk
This rectification notice outlines the full and correct address for the defendant as below
123 XYZ road
England
AB1 2CB
It is now required that the old addressed be erased.
My question here is, do I include any proof at all ?
Nobody has answered my question whether a bank statement is suitable.....
And do I include my claim number in these emails?
Feeling much relief after sending the defence thanks so much to all that gave me a hand.

As above, posted already on page one of your thread. I said a separate email to the CCBC (and the Claimant's solicitor) not a phone call.Coupon-mad said:"But if your Claim Form has an old address on it you must inform both the court and the claimant of your current address details."The above is REALLY important and is a separate email from your defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Please stop asking basic questions.Jelly974 said:

I suggested you send your Claim Form as proof of address.
You said it doesn't have your address on it.
I then suggested a utility bill.
You said you don't have any in your name.
You really need to be helping yourself.3 -
I have asked more than once if the bank statement is suitable, unless I've missed it I have not yet had an answer to that.
KeithP I have been helping myself, I also witnessed Preloved claim fail and I just wanted to make sure I'm doing everything correctly and to best of my knowledge.
I have been very grateful to everyone here and I didn't expect that kind of comment from you. I have learning difficulties and this whole process has been extremely stressful and it's not finished yet.

Following filing my defence within timescale, I received receipt of my defence dated 22nd May 2023 from the court, stating the claimant must contact court within 28 days.
On the 6th July 2023 I contacted the court by phone and was told the claimant hadn't responded and that the case had been stayed.
On the 28th November 2023 I received a ' General Form of Judgement or Order ' dated 7th November 2023 requesting to file a Directions Questionnaire to the CCBC within 7 days (time lapsed before I received it).
On the 29th November 2023 I called the court at 830am to explain and ask what is the best thing for me to do the woman explained that I need to ' reinstate my defence ' and payment of £108 is required.
What does this actually mean for my case?
Has anybody faced this?
Thanks in advance0 -
She's wrong. Unless she was telling you that you have already been sanctioned and got a default CCJ for not sending the N180.
SEND IT NOW BY EMAIL.
Tomorrow morning at 9am to the same address you emailed the defence to, and state in the email that the first letter attaching a N180 arrived on Wednesday THIS WEEK, so you are not in breach and trust that the CNBC hasn't mucked up your case and wrongly caused a CCJ. If they have, you ask that this email and N180 be passed to a Judge and treated as a formal complaint.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for coming back to me, I am unsure on some questions in the N180
A1 Do I agree to the case being referred to the Small Claims Service? Yes or No
C1 Do I agree that the small claims track is the appropriate track for this case? Yes or No and if no why
Im sorry if this sounds stupid, but is it supposed to be no to all the answers?
