Thanks so much. Just 1 more question the D1 my question was slightly different to the thread above.

    My D1 question
Do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing. If no please state why.....

    Any ideas

I see the two below saying dont ask how to answer this referring to the updated form but I literally do not know is its suitable for determination without a hearing. I think the answer might be no but then what do I put for a reason?

The answer is 'no' and the linked thread there explains what to put.

I am really struggling here, I have dyslexia am finding this so difficult again I am sorry.

On the first link below DQ it opens onto page 7 and I am up to page 12 and cannot find anything regarding reason to D1 being no.
Do you have any idea what page I need to look for?

    Would this be okay?

Determination without hearing would give disproportionate advantage to the legally represented Claimant, I feel strongly about this case after the bombardment of demands from the Claimant via debt collection agencies and I wish to have a voice at a hearing.

I would like to question, in person, the claimant about their evidence at a hearing and expose omissions and any misleading or incorrect evidence or assertions.

And they ask for a reason for choice of court.
Can we just say , 'court name would be my prefrence'????

    Some ideas...
    'near your home'
    'near your work'
'pass every day on way to work'
'near to your second cousin twice removed's home'
    'next to your favourite pub'
'always wanted to visit that town/city'

Hi KeithP I hope your well,
I think I am almost ready.
I have put with regards to the above 'based on work commitments'

I have drafted the email to ccbcaq@justice.gov.uk stating

    URGENT

    RE CLAIM xxxxxxxx

    Please find my N180 attached.

The first letter requesting a N180 arrived on Wednesday THIS WEEK. I am not in breach and trust that the CNBC hasn't wrongly caused a CCJ. If they have, I ask that this email and N180 be passed to a Judge and treated as a formal complaint.

Now somewhere I remember something about this being given to UKPC too.
Should I cc them in like before?

And also do I need to add anything more or change anything?
