    Okay.. Thank you i will send it out to the courts Tomorrow.. i have already sent it to Gladstone... as for the Akande i have read it but have no time or brain to draft something i have work early hrs of the morning and will submit to the court in the morning. wish it luck  :#

    The WS you send/sent to the solicitors MUST be the same as you send/sent to the court.  If you use the: -Judgments link and also see here 15 August at 10:33AM <<<<LINK you will find the words written for you.

  • Thanks to everyone that helped.. I attended the hearing today they called me in the judge basically told me off for missing a lot of info and evidence about the case and said he will dismiss it this time and let me go. Thanks again!
