So remove the last 2 paragraphs and the rest looks good now as your paragraph 3.
DO NOT put in how many minutes you waited!Name, the defendant and driver, went to Silverworks to pick up someone who is a resident at Gladstone House NW9 (resident’s name:) on November 13 2022.The driver waited shortly in the car on a dead end road with no street markings or parking signage nearby. The only parking signage was at the very end of the road, not visible to anyone especially if a driver doesn't leave the car because they are not parked. The driver did not leave the car, and the engine was on the whole time. The one picture used as evidence from the claimant was taken from the back of the car, where it can be clearly seen that the sun roof and windows were open, since the driver never parked or left the vehicle.Whoever took the picture did not make themselves known to the driver, nor did they take any pictures from other angles. It is obvious whoever took the picture did not photograph the car from any other angle as it would have been obvious that the car was not parked.
Hopefully this is okay.0 -
Why are you ignoring all the advice and flowering up your Defence with irrelevant information?
All you need is this:The driver stopped on a dead-end road with no street markings or any signs that are visible to anyone remaining in a car whilst picking up a passenger. The driver did not park.If you need to expand on that, then do so when the time comes to do your WS. The C has already noted the address and date in their PoC and no one cares who it was you were picking up so no need to mention their name.

Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back at the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course?
