When I bought a small holiday through LM, my confirmation said "Your Holiday" not "Flight + Hotel".

Do you have any screenshot evidence of this, or are you able to replicate the booking journey to achieve the same result?

The excerpts of the flight + hotel booking that you posted above do state the name of the resort in Fuerteventura but without explicitly highlighting that it's on a different island - perhaps the fact that you "couldn't book transfer at time of booking" might have rung alarm bells, but that doesn't in itself make it your fault for not checking where you were going....

So you obviously didn't know the resort and you didn't think it was worthwhile Googling it.

Even a quick look at Tripadvisor would have told you which island it as on.

Totally My fault that I didn't check the resort.... It was a lastminute decision to go away, we didn't care where we went but at least land on the same island.
Surely lastminute should highlighted accommodation is on another island. To top it all off fuerteventura airport was 15 mins away from accommodation

Whether it's sold as a "Flight & Hotel" or a "Holiday" shouldn't matter as both would be considered a "Package" under the PTR's.

What did you search for. Did you search for Lanzarote, the resort, or the particular hotel?
