I sent an email asking how they could send 2 lots, and she told me that they hadn't shipped them!
This reply from Avon just about sums it up. It looks like the only truthful one from 'our Angela' from the variety of assorted replies that we all have received from her.
(Does she work alone or all the customer service staff called Angela for convenience? I think she deserves the MBE for replying to all these emails.) If you are a member of this board - Hi Angela
I am still waiting for my orders.
Maybe we should all just boycot Avon after this, they would certainly lose a lot of customers. I have ordered in the past, but I am having my doubts about them now.~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
got mine today and ordered on the 20th dec0

Mine not turned up yet either, so have emailed Angela. So far we've had the following reasons for late delivery:
Due to a technical error
Due to a system error
parcels got damaged
we have requested for the order to be duplicated
the missing items have been re-ordered
we have been unable to track your order
Please allow until the end of this week to receive delivery of your order. (31/12)
order is stuck in the order back log queue due to Christmas.
Due to a technical issue
no record of any order placed by me.
Due to the high volume of orders over the festive period, processing and shipping ceased on 21/12/07.
Wonder which one I'll get as a reply? :rotfl:0 -

I placed 2 order-I think on the 20th. I received one of them(the second) on 31st. It was for £10.80 The other order has not arrived yet. That was a double order of the 5 for £5-a totla of £1.80/
I feel that they are prioritising the people who ordered other items as well as this glitched offer of theirs.
I cannot see how they can ask for any more money-it is a contract and they have been paid the agreed price. My invoice was set out same as others on here. I think the other price just reflects the "normal" price-just like you often get on a till receipt.Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0 -
Hmmm!!
Just received one of my orders!
Trouble is on invoice/receipt it says
Total price of products 20.82
Less Discount 0.30
shipping 0.00
Grand Total 20.52
Payment Received
Visa 2.70
Total payment received 2.70
Should I be worrying about this?
Are they going to take anymore off my card?
Thanks
Julie
i had an identical invoice.
I ignored it, but put it on the pin board. I would kick up a fuss with Trading Standards if they try to take any more off my card...
As a side note, Mr SSJC normally rolls his eyes and complains when lots of my bargains turn up, this time he goes 'why didn't you buy more?' :rotfl:0
