I believe some others on here were sent invoices with the 90p amount paid taken off & the balance left to pay. So they already have charged full price to some.
If they do send out such invoices with the 'replacements' they are risking an awful lot of returns because I like most on here ordered because of the glitch & would return my order.0 -
I had totally forgotten about this. I ordered mine ages ago and have not heard anything from them since I ordered. The money went out of my bank account at the time and as far as I am aware it hasn't been refunded.
Does anyone know which delivery service they use?0 -
Well, I've just had a reply from the famous Angela to say there is no record of any order placed by me. I have replied politely suggesting she "look a little harder" seeing that I have screenshots of the order number and the order itself as well as the confirmation email from them and also not forgetting the fact that they took the money from my bank account on 22nd December.
I am seriously unimpressed

You did better than me, I didn't even get a confirmation email, they just took my money! Looks like I'll have to wait and see.
