Just sent an email to c/s as my order was still showing as processing.

Hopefully I'll get the same email as everyone else and Wifey's goodies will be here soon.

I got my order (well done Avon) and some for some odd reason I also got a Thomas the Tank Engine Book, which wasn't ordered. I will have to call them to see why I got that, even though it wasn't charged for.

    Wasn't this a different freebie?
  • I too recieved the 'order delayed & we are reordering' email from the very busy Angela Campbell ( I wonder how many times she has sent that out?), I'm wondering if, when the 'replacement' order arrive that they will be charged at full price as of the day the 'replacements' were sent & not at the price we ordered them at.
I do not think that the orders were sent out in the first place & that could be a way around them selling the products to us at the price stated on the date that we ordered. Not sure how trading laws work on this one.
I could be & do hope that I'm wrong but find it hard to believe that so many orders were lost & so many of us are getting 'replacements'.
    Will wait & see!
