Hi All, Ive just received my order too, but am missing the sss winter rich body cream and the footmasks. Is it really cheeky to phone and ask where they are do you think?!!!
just had an e-mail back with their sincere apologies, and to tell me that the missing items have been re-ordered and to allow 3-5 days for delivery. result!

I just checked and received same email 10 mins ago.Thats 15 mins after I signed for delivery.What should I do if I receive a second order?

recieved my order a few days ago
1.80 as i had some soap too
one item was missing and invoice didnt make sense
i thought i might be charged more
so i emailed
just had a reply to say missing item re ordered(hope they dont charge me)
and they said origional offer was a mistake by avon which they will just be chargeing me 1.80 for
result
