Another one here still waiting and my order is still showing as 'processing'. Worrying thing is, I'm moving house next Wednesday :eek: and am a bit concerned about it coming after we've moved. Am going to email them now and also give them my new address and ask them to send it there <fingers crossed>.

Mine says processing too but it arrived today. A couple of the products were spilled all over the place so I have to email them. Packing was non-existant though, everything was just chucked together in the box

i phoned them apparently the parcels got damaged mine will be delivered before end of week

What I'm finding quite annoying is that they took the money from my debit card (okay, I know it's only 90p but that's not the point) almost immediately. Most companies don't take the money until the goods have been dispatched.

I received my order of 5 x the 90p lot on New Year's Eve in 2 boxes...Maybe just hold on a few more days and the other orders will come through :rolleyes:

I tend to agree with you CaitlinsNanna . My 2 orders have not arrived and I received this email from them . They can't possibly have 'lost' so many orders. If so they should sack their couriers. If they have taken the payments for their original prices, I dont see how they can bill us again for any extra. Can they?? :eek: :eek:

I don't think it is a different freebie at all. My whole order came to 4.05. This included the 90p products and a few other items. I haven't got a clue where the Thomas book came from, but im sure its worth a few pounds!
