Avon Glitch - 5 products for £2

I will make sure I keep the order confirmation I got from them which said the total order was 90p

Well I emailed about the damaged items and the emailed back to say they were sending replacements.

I ordered other items with the 90p deals and got my delivery quite quickly so maybe there is some truth in the theory that those with additional items were prioritised...

I got mine delivered today (with a free copper lipgloss that i hadn't ordered or been invoiced for). I was also charged £6.84 and the note inside said i had made a payment of £0.90 . I emailed Avon this morning and i've just got this reply:

Thank you for your recent email.
I can confirm that due to a technical error on our website the 5 items for £5 offer was charged incorrectly. This error has now been rectified and as a gesture of goodwill we have only debited £0.90p from your credit card.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Oh Gosh, no, I am so sorry if you thought that. I am mortified, I am afraid of offending anyone, it was never meant personally.

I was so hyped up myself, with conflicting emails from Avon, then a phone call with more conflicts, and my feelings went from confusion, to annoyance with them, then to delight that people seemed to be getting their orders. To hysteria, about the whole thread. If you read it through from start to finish, it reads quite funny.
Howver I have deleted the post. Sorry again if you found if offensive. I would not knowingly offend someone I have nothing to do with, and dont know in the slightest. Polly

Now we know where all the stocks gone to. lol

Still waiting for my order, after being told it would be sent out by the end of the week, I've just been told it will be next week now. This is only when I've chased up the whereabouts of my order, they haven't kept me informed at all.

Just had my 2 lots delivered, Which is quite fast considering I was just reading the email saying it was being despatched today. there was 2 extra items in the box which I didn't order but they weren't on the invoice and I haven't been charged for them so I'll keep them as freebies for all the years I've paid full price for stuff from Avon.

Top bargain thanx to the OP :T
