I queried my order on wednesday as I still had not received it, I was told :
"Unfortunately, we have been unable to track your order. Therefore, we have arranged for a duplicate to be processed. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused."
I received another email early this morning saying it had been despatched and I would receive in 3-5 days and it was received this morning, everything intact.
Thanks OP0 -

They are obviously making too much money and can afford excessive packaging!!! or maybe because they were so innundated with orders they ran out of suitable boxes!!! :rotfl:Me too! I was confused with the large box though.GE 36 *MFD may 2043
