    I also received my order recently but had an email today thanking me for my order and that it would be delivered in 3-5 working days.I will let you know if I get a second delivery :)

    recieved my parcel today as well, hadnt checked emails but noticed theyd took their 90p the other day :D

    Grrrrrrrrrrrr just rang AVON money came out of account before xmas and things hadnt arrived promised they would be here for Tuesday so were c !!

    I queried my order on wednesday as I still had not received it, I was told :

    "Unfortunately, we have been unable to track your order. Therefore, we have arranged for a duplicate to be processed. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
    We apologise for the inconvenience caused."

     I received another email early this morning saying it had been despatched and I would receive in 3-5 days and it was received this morning, everything intact.
