Avon Glitch - 5 products for £2

My order also turned up yesterday. Finally.

Instead of the lavendar bubble bath I received a second tube of the foot mask that was part of the deal.

Also like others my invoice shows that the total of the order is £2 more than the total I paid. Its only £2 so I'm not that worried but just wondered if they do expect me to pay the difference will they be sending another bill? I've looked on my online account and it doesn't show anything so I may just leave it and see if they contact me

...mines was wrong price too and i emailed them..........
just got this reply.

Thank you for your recent email.
We can confirm that due to a technical error the items were incorrectly charged. We have only charged you £0.90 although the items would usually be a higher price.

Thanks Sootzer. That's useful to know. Looks like they won't be charging us the difference.

Well done being able to track your order, mine just says processing, and that's it. Mind you the orders I received last november also still say processing. :eek:

Have you clicked on the actual order number on the Track Your Order page pollsdolls? Only my order still says processing too (along with an order placed and received several months ago too!) but clicking on the order number takes you to another page. It may show you there if it has been shipped (as it does on mine). If not, click on the link under Current Status, it will take you to the Lynx page where it should show you where your order is in the system.

I couldn't manage a legible signature on the one I paid for, so I don't need to worry if I get another. I couldn't use the pen on the pda.

Thanks for that littlewren, I had never got past the original status of processing. Now I know how it works on the following page. It took a while to load, but it got there in the end.:T

My order has just been delivered- 6 items all present and correct. Got the delivery note implying they've only received part payment, but I'm going to ignore it. Very happy! Many thanks to the OP.

I questioned my first invoice and Angela just said don't worry.

This 2nd has an invoice for £0.00 in.

The delivery driver recognised me again lol
