Order just arrived. All the bottles etc. were loose in a large box, but all there.
The enclosed invoice is confusing. It states that the Grand Total of goods comes to £6.94, but they only take 10p off for the 10% discount. So the discount applied is assuming the cost of items is £1 (leaving the advertised 90p total), but the Grand Total doesn't reflect this. And there is no demand for settlement of the difference on the invoice.
Filed for future arguments.0 -

I am so annoyed with Avon. My 2 orders have still not arrived. I am tired of being told different excuses for the orders not arriving. I have emailed them again, asking them loads of questions, and asking for a personal reply, not a standard one, which tell me nothing.
I have spent almost £100 with them since November, they obviously have no respect for their customers. Sorry for ranting, feel better now:mad:
I am pleased that so many more people seem to be getting their orders so it iat least hopeful. Good luck to those still waiting also~ What goes around comes around ~0 -

Just had mine delivered, finally.
2nd (duplicate) was dispatched today I'm told by avon.0 -
It's me again. Just rang Avon, and was told that the email I got 2 days ago, telling me "We have arranged for this order to be duplicated. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery." Does not mean it has been dispatched.
Also the email I recieved today telling me "Thank you again for your order. Your order has been despatched by Standard Delivery and you can expect it to arrive within 5 working days between 8am and 6pm." Does also mean it has not been dispatched.
I was told it would probably be dispatched tonight (Hopefully) and would be with me within 3 to 5 days from tomorrow.
I pointed out that this was for 2 orders, and they kept talking about one :mad: I was told that my order had been picked, packed and halted, due to large numbers of orders . I wonder why.
I am off now to have a nervous breakdown.;) Polly~ What goes around comes around ~0 -
