KeithP. Ah my bad.Got confused. It’s the robust LBC response At this stage.
Thanks0 -
Is the robust LBC response used to delay it for 30 days? Sorry guys its a-lot of information that I’m trying to get my head around. Would you advise I go ahead with the robust LBC response at this stage or just wait for the court papers?0

Only if you want the claim to arrive at Xmas.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The letter says that I have until 22 November to contact them. So I’m guessing the claim will probably arrive at or around Xmas anyway
i would rather get it over and done with asap than delay to be fair.
thanks @Coupon-mad0 -
OK but if you want to avoid Xmas then respond robustly on 22 November setting out your dispute, telling them to go swivel and that you are seeking debt advice.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello guys,
I did not hear anything from BW Legal after that letter. I have now received another letter of claim almost 2 years later! Is it common for them to send multiple letters of claim throughout the years without court proceedings?0 -
Yes it is common, they have 6 years to issue a court claim
Study the LoC response in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, second post1 -
Thank you. I’ve emailed them the response today. I’ve moved house since then and emailed them my new address which is where they sent the new letter of claim to. So I know that they’re receiving my emails even though they don’t respond.0
