If you read to the end of the linked thread I gave you, and not just the post it went to, you will see that I suggest an even angrier one after that, asking why a MA is "letting the tail wag the dog" and pointing out to clueless MAs that the law is changing and the rogues are going to be out.

Of course they can tell their agent what to do.

  • Ok thank you. Have read through the whole thread and will send some similar emails to MP and management.
  • I have emailed the MP and both management companies. Would the below be a good email to send to BW legal?

To Whom It May Concern at BW Legal,

I trust this letter finds you, although the urgency of the matter requires my direct approach. I am writing to demand the immediate consolidation of the three cases currently under your review: Case 1, Case 2, and Case 3. It is imperative that you cease any further proceedings until these cases are merged into a single entity.

I find it ludicrous that you are wasting resources and time dealing with these cases separately when a more efficient and sensible approach would be to treat them as one. While I understand that each case has its unique details, combining them would not only simplify matters but also promote consistency in addressing any concerns that may arise.

I will not entertain any communication or cooperation until you heed this demand. It's a straightforward principle – one case, one defense. Anything short of this will be met with non-cooperation from my end.

I expect a decisive response outlining your commitment to this consolidation. Failure to comply will only underscore your disregard for efficiency and fairness.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing your prompt action.

    Best regards,

    Dear Sirs

Throw away what looks like CHATGPT rubbish please. Reads like a robot wrote it (badly).

Write this middle bit properly yourself in normal English. And don't put 'best regards'...

    Yours faithfully

I trust this letter finds you,
    Best regards,

No, surely not, not in a business letter.  If that was a ChatGPT CDM, DSO and bar, it aint a very good one!

  • @Le_Kirk thanks. I sent them an email instead. Changed it up a bit, but doubt they will combine all cases into one anyway.

Have just received this bogus response from property management. This has caused so much stress already and they’re not even willing to send a simple email to parking firm.
    :(
i have responded asking for details of whoever has hired the parking company, if not them.
  • Hi guys. I have received a letter of claim from BWlegal. Also received some forms which I have read in the forum to ignore.Only received 1 letter of claim with 1 pcn reference number even though I have 3 charges.
i did write to the MP and they contacted parking and property management, but that was no help. Also no help from property management or landlord.
I’m in the process of requesting a SAR from parking firm, but my question is, should I request the SAR in regards to all 3 charges? And once i do receive the court papers should I draft up a defence that includes all 3 references? This is assuming that they want to try take me to court for each PCN separately.
    Thank you

Current thinking is not to send a SAR at this stage.
