Mine are all arriving as usual.
If anything some aspects are faster than before. I got a reminder yesterday morning to give a meter reading, did it, and had an updated energy statement arrive at lunchtime. Couldn't ask for more.0 -

None of that explains why I received all regular emails promptly up until 16 Feb 2023 and none since then. When EON-next resend the Sainsburys emails I do not receive them.

That was my experience up and until I received the email with the energy statement in Feb 2023. Since then, nothing. I will continue with EON in trying to sort this out.
I now know other Sainsburys customers are still receiving messages from them.

Check with your ISP / email provider tech support.
Mine has been bouncing EOn Next's main email's for about a month now - rejecting EOn Next html format - as invalid - so refusing to accept the regular bill comms from main UK address - although did get one from a non standard overseas support address and robo "has it been resolved" e-mail from them.
Have to log in and download things like monthly bills myself now.
Not sure what changed - and on who's server etc - but…
Forwarded my ISP's mail server example rejection logs to EOn Next - 3 weeks later - still no response.
Some numeric codes and a comment something like "Message has lines too long for transport".
Thought I might have screwed up the move to Thunderbird on a newer PC - but all other emails appear to be working.
It's not under my control - so short of changing e-mail address used for on line account - not sure there is a user workaround.

I checked the emails received for Jan & Feb and the email statement attachment is in PDF format.
The ad-hoc emails from EON-Next are coming through to my inbox without a problem. It is the routine ones as listed in my first post, sent from Sainsbury's Energy, that are not being received.The EON-next email addresses are rather long.
An example: persons.name@eon-next-cabac46b5ea2.intercom-mail.com
It is the sort of address that spammers use, but it wasn't caught by my junk filter.
The Sainsbury's Energy email address is simple and should not trigger any filters: hi@sainsburysenergy.com - yet I'm not receiving their emails.My account email address is a Yahoo.co.uk one, but I have supplied a gmail.com and a yahoo.com address for EON-Next to send the missing March and April statements to.

The only workaround that springs to mind is to register a free account with another provider (such as gmail or outlook) and use that for the energy account. Then the emails can either be retrieved directly from that service or auto-forwarded (which may or may not get filtered again)

We have a few options for customers to get information in a way that suits them.
HTML or text emails
You have the option between a full featured HTML email (designed with images etc) or a plain text version. _____________________________________________________________________
I have changed the email on my account to a gmail.com one, and I should know in a couple of days if it works as my meter reading email is due around the 9th of the month.2 -
I received the meter reading reminder on the correct date but to my new gmail.com email address. This is good news as I did not receive the March or April reminder to my yahoo.co.uk email address.When you change the email address on My Account you lose the history of emails sent to the previous address.__________________________________________________________________Today 17 May 2023, I received my Sainsburys Energy bill/statement to my gmail.com email account. This shows there is a problem with the yahoo.co.uk email account and compatibility with Sainsburys Energy statements in PDF format. I have no idea how to investigate this.0

No problem with emails and web access.
Just be advised if your DD was reduced for 6 months to take into account the £400 contribution you may need to manually adjust it back to avoid going into debt.0
