UKPC county court claim

You only have to change whether you were the keeper and driver or just the keeper. As it is a DCB Legal PoC, there is nothing specific in those at all. All you need to put indoor para #3 is why you were at the location on the date, if you remember. For example, "the Defendant was at [location] on [date] shopping/visiting/attending to something". The rest of the defence template covers everything else.
This is an example of the template defence you must use when defending a UKPC/DCB Legal PoC:

You will expand on it all later if you need to do your WS.3 -

I will use all the points on the template but have written section #3 in my own words
3. The defendant was at the XXXXXXXXXX shopping on XXXXXX and the XXXXXX. If signs were there, the signs were not clear and they were unaware of breaching any terms. As the PCN(s) do not specify, they are unaware of what terms have been breached. There was no agreement made to pay any fee between the claimant and defendant. They are unaware of any damages to the Claimant.
Will this be okay? I understand there is a certain language and points to use.0 -

So it still goes on….I received a letter the other day of the ‘Notice of proposed allocation to small claims track’ It says I must complete the small claims directions questionnaire and send it to the court office by the 4th September. Do I need to agree or disagree that it’s the appropriate track for the claim? Some guidance would be much appreciated! I hope this comes to an end soon, it’s awful having to deal and worry about these letters thinking I’m going to have to pay out a lot of money at some point :-(0
