They are not that similar.  You don't have legal title in the premises and are one stage removed from the lease your landlady/landlord has.
Just realised I misinterpreted what he said, makes perfect sense. In any case, I don't see why that's relevant or why he wants to remind me of that.

Because he has a duty to your landlord, not to you so much. You are a third party to him.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You have done amazing with your emails sounds like you really know your stuff ! I’m currently going through similar problem with VCS at my rented property iv had 16 parking tickets due to my permit expiring and bit receiving new one.

VCS sent me a court claim letter in January Which I sent to estate management who was meant to be sorting for me! As EM don’t deal with permits it’s block management I then had a bailiff from Marstons at my door Monday who handed me an enforcement notice ! I contacted EM myself who said they have received no correspondence from EM about this! I have a email from EM saying BM are lying and they have sent them info It’s been a nightmare.

I have emails to confirm I have actively been asking for a new permit from my estate company this has now escalated to bailiff and BM are saying they spoke with VCS and can’t do anything as gone to far and i must speak to DClegal so I have sent all correspondence over to DClegal Friday with a copy of my tenancy agreement and the N180 form to go to court and stated this has been out of my control! I also copied BM and EM in to the email .

EM emailed legal team stating I’m a tenant and authorised to park so just waiting to hear back
it’s made me feel really ILL my anxiety is so bad I’m not legally trained love this thread really useful Thankyou any advice would be appreciated x

@coxd2, you already have a thread running here. Please don't try and hijack someone else's thread.

Then why not copy the detail from your above post into a new post on your existing thread?

The user you have tried to contact has not been active on here for almost one year; you could try sending them a PM using the envelope symbol at the top of the page.  You did not get much response as it has been a week-end and some of the regulars were on down-time.
