Please can someone help me I have lived in my apartment for 4 years 2 years ago they implemented parking permits I have had a parking permit visable in my window however this expired in June 2021 I was not aware the permit expired and started to get parking tickets from vehicle control services - last year in March I appealed the tickets with vehicle control as I have not received a updated permit from block management they refused my appeal as they wanted to see evidence of a new permit - since last year I have been trying to get a updated permit from my estate management I have emails I have sent from last year which I have had no reply - now the parking fines have been passed to court I received a claims form I acknowledged this online and asked to defend my claim as I have not received a updated permit- I got a response from dclegal advising the claimant still wish to proceed- I finally got through to my estate management in January who informed me it is block management who issues permits and said they were passing my issue on to deal with - spoke with block management who have told me they hand post all new permits they spoke to the vehicle company and nothing can be done as this is now been passed to the direct court baliffs- a bailiff come to my door Monday and passed me a enforcement notice - since then estate management have tried to speak to vehicle company and can’t do anything however they did exempt me from any further parking tickets until my new permit arrived which has now arrived!! Estate management have advised me they can’t do anything and I need to speak to the legal team I am now going to email all correspondence I have sent to my estate management and block management to the dclegal as estates are saying they passed my issue on to block management and block management are saying this is the first they have heard anything I don’t know what rights if I have a leg to stand on why should I pay this amount of £1900 in total 16 tickets when I am authorised to park and have been actively trying to get a permit not sure if I have a defence would really appreciate some advice sorry for the long message !

Wow!! That's a long sentence.

You say you defended a claim. What, exactly, did you put in your defence? However, you also say that enforcement officer have been round. Did you lose the claim or was the CCJ issued by default? If it was issued by default, why? You were obviously receiving all the paperwork.1

I sent a response to the claim form on line I may not have written in detail what I should have I basically said I was awaiting updated parking permit and had not received this from block management- they then sent me a questionnaire form back to fill out via email it come from dc legal saying they wish to persue I emailed back to say block management was dealing with this and left it at that I never filled the questionnaire out I was hoping this would get resolved by my block management the court judgment was sent on the 6th March enforcement officer come 18th March I’m so stressed and anxious I have to email the legal team now they are not aware of all the correspondence I have been involved in with my estate management0

Yep, I gave up. A full stop wouldn't do it any harm.A gap in the text wall might help.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.1 -
🤣 I’m on a rant stressed! Sorry guys please read it all and advise

I'm sorry, but we just can't read it yet.
I stayed silent but had clicked on your thread earlier but I gave up as soon as I saw an unbroken wall of text. I've proof-read legal documents in a previous financial job but I still lost focus and understanding around your third line. I had to give up and help someone else.
Please add at least ten paragraph breaks and lots of full stops and capital letters.
You don't have to type it again; you can change it in 5 minutes. Just quote your own post then break it up with ten paragraph breaks then add punctuation. We won't judge you on it, honestly!
Doesn't have to be perfect but we literally cannot read a sentence that long and make sense of it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
