    Yes, I'm going to get all my docs squared this week. Got until late November to file them with the court. Hearing fee is due by them on 17th Nov. Will I be informed if they discontinue?

    Like the almost 700 in the thread by Umkomaas,  DCB Legal would email an N279 discontinuation document to you, to your inbox or possibly it could be in your spam folder,  so keep checking both until after the fee payment date
