The particulars of claim? It's in the post above?

fair enough. I followed the template instructions when writing this out.

The doc1 ref is a reference to the physical document pack I have made up.

Yes I saw your POC picture,  but I didn't think that your long paragraph 3 addressed the POC in your picture,  which you will see by studying the 2 links I provided which do address the POC  ( and paragraph 2 had no ending,  because the word Keeper ended it, no extra information   )

Your documents pack wont be needed for several months

Exhibits are normally referenced with your initials and a number,  so if you were Barney Alan Rubble it would be BAR01, not doc1. Exhibits are provided at the WS stage,  which is months away

Ah ok. I originally challenged the PCN on the basis of their images not showing time parked, but the complications from them not corresponding with my appeal meant I figured challenging them on that basis was pertinent. Should've probably held fire a bit and consulted in here, but this is my first time doing one of these so I jumped the gun a bit.

Still, I have all this compiled and ready should it go to court.

Personally, regarding the outcome, should it come to that, I'm not that fussed either way. I'm just not paying these shysters on their terms.

Thanks, I will amend the document references as you've stated.

Exactly the right attitude with a PCN like this one with the issues you describe.

The industry really does not earn respect.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Chances are that the case will be discontinued near the court hearing fee payment stage,  same as all the others in the thread by Umkomaas,  around 575 so far and likely over 600 when yours is due

Aye that's what I'm expecting. They've been sending me the MS paint debt collection junk mail for the last 2 years.

Still, better to be prepared. How long should I expect until these questionnaires turn up?

Afternoon all. Received the n180 today. I know I'm not posting it, but I haven't received an email copy. Can I fill it in then send scans/photos of the pages to the email address?

    Thanks

You will never receive an emailed copy from the CNBC in Northampton,  so as the 12 steps explains, download it from the government website,  fill it in and email it to the DQ email address,  scans etc can be too big and rejected

Oh wait hold on, this n180 is theirs as claimant, not a blank. Will I be told when I need to provide mine, or do I do it now?

Also, can someone point me to the defence thread? I'be been on before but now i'm having difficulty finding it again. Thanks
