    Dont fill theirs in

Login to MCOL and check your claim history to see if or when the CNBC in Northampton post out your blank N180, then download it,  fill it in and email it to the DQ email address  ( you will receive a Letter with it included,  so file it   )

You definitely do nothing with the DCB Legal N180 document , just file it

The defence template thread is near the top of the forum in announcements,  where it's always been

Ok, nothing in claim history about questionnaire. Last entry was defence received, so I assume that's just dcb trying to get ahead of the curve/keep the pressure on.

Ok, so I received my DQ last tuesday (15th). I downloaded a copy from the site and sent that form to the email address the same day. Had no response and the MCOL page hasn't updated saying it's been received. It's due by Friday. Is it worth sending again?

CNBC are somewhat behind in their admin.  Did you receive an auto-reply when you sent it?  If so, all is well, if not check the email address you used and, if wrong, correct and send, if it was correct and, if you received an auto-reply, just wait.

Yes I got an auto reply on the day, and I was thinking along these lines aye. Thanks.

If you have the auto email response,  its received,  but not logged on MCOL yet

Check MCOL twice a week for the next fortnight or so, to ensure that it's logged

Keep following the 8 steps too

Now read this message and please prepare to join us to do the Public Consultation once we've discussed it in August:

It's vital the Government hears from Defendants. Please bookmark the main thread linked in that link. Come back in August to take part. We need to drown out the codswallop from the parking industry and their relatives posing as ordinary motorist consumers.

Ok. So next I'm expecting a booking for mitigation call, and then a court date before it hopefully gets canned. In the meantime I will square my evidence folder away in case.
