Depends if they pay the hearing fee,  otherwise no it wont,  payment is definitely required by the deadline,  plus the WS bundles by their deadline too

A date pencilled in doesn't mean anything at this stage,  not until the terms and conditions on the order are complied with 

You will find that over 550 people in the thread by Umkomaas thought the same as you, but were wrong
