I am likely to be abroad for couple of months, so hopefully will be able to delay the court meeting, if it comes to it.I thought that I covered the points you raised earlier in my communicaiton with the IAS. I will revisit and review this again - not sure what else can be added, or whom can I respond to at this stage.I have met my MP, but will wait to see the government's decision on these p[enalty charges, as you suggest.1
