Halifax Reward payment missing

Has anyone had any issues with their Halifax Reward payments today?  I recall there being an issue with things not tracking last month.  I've received payments for my 2 accounts where I spent £500 early in the month, but for the third - with which I spent money later in the month (27th) - I haven't received anything.

hi, mine has paid out ok today, the payment i made out with my debit card was during  the time they had the issues with the app tracking and still paid out ok.  

If you made the debit card payment on 27th, when did the company actually take the money out of the bank account, as some companies can take a few days to actually claim the money (and only ring fence the pending payment) it could be that the payment was made on 27th but didn't get claimed to after it was too late for this month for example.  

I.e i have a pending card payment to QVC that has been earmarked one one of my cards but not actually debited for 6 days so far.

The transaction didn't post/settle until after the 1st, so will count for this month, not last. Get the spend done earlier in the month in future.

I had the same issue as you. I satisfied all the conditions but the tracker said I hadn't spent £500 on my debit card, I had, on the 27th

I phoned them today and they opened a complaint (I didn't ask for this), paid my £5 reward and gave me £5 goodwill. They then closed the complaint

Problems with their system in April prevented some reward payments being made. You can raise a complaint using their in-app message system.

I converted my Halifax current account into a Reward account and switched from Santander in March. My £175 was paid on the 28th March. I credited £1500 on the 22nd March and my debit card payment of £500 to my National Savings Direct Saver cleared on 24th March.  Despite the tracker saying my reward was on track I've haven't received the £5.

I wonder if they're now excluding payments to savings accounts as a debit card spend?

I was just about to post about this. Yes payment is missing and clearly Halifax is not keen to rectify this for all users. There was an issue with their “software” and they will apply manual payments but that may mean people will miss out. Please check!

I've not received mine on either account either.   Been wondering if it was going to be a couple of days late given their problems, but it sounds like I need to chase.

Reward Tracker didn`t confirm my debit card transactions in middle of March to a savings account until a few weeks had elapsed but eventually tracked. I received my £5 rewards for March as usual a couple of days ago.

over 30 mins on the phone trying to sort this out, got my rewards but no offer of goodwill.

Was your debit card spend to a savings account?
