This post sounds very familiar... You aren't going to get any different advice from last time, and probably not much sympathy (although to be fair most people would probably feel the same in your position even if they brush it off as normal family noise on here).2

Having four kids in the garden playing until 10pm, owning a hot tub or football nets and using an Alexa is not really something you can really complain about. It is standard family noise you have to expect when living next to a house with kids. It is annoying but it's domestic noise you should expect when living in a residential area.
To be honest based on your last post you are coming across as a bit of a snob and just don't like the fact you have a family on benefits living next door.0 -
The only bit of good news is that they grow up or leave, eventually.
Ear phones, music, and make yourself ignore them.
The more you get worked up the louder they sound.
The more you complain the worse it will get. Kids like to get a response.
I would kick or throw any balls back as soon as possible. My aim isn’t brilliant, sometimes they went astray.
Dad liked to play his steam train tapes, hours of them, nice and loud very early in the mornings after the neighbours had a loud late night. The sort of sound to really hurt with a hangover. But that was a bit petty of him.3 -
It can be annoying we had the same thing during covid in the previous house.
Kids were obviously home full time trampoline right next to our fence, swearing, loud, even using water guns and trying to get our dog with the water. Parents unresponsive to reason basically what we would call "chavs"
We sold up and moved on.5 -

With regards to the children, having lived somewhere where the kids spent all day bouncing the football off the fence next to my window, that is very annoying and incredible hard to ignore and is over and above normal family noise. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.6 -

The only path you have is to sell up and move. How long have you lived there? I don't believe that a seller has to disclose anything about neighbours unless they had a dispute with them. Unfortunately it looks like you would need to disclose this if you were to sell up.
I side with you, this would be my nightmare. If it was going on for a year or more i would consider moving. No point having a nice house and garden if you cant enjoy it.4 -
