The neighbours next door to me, have no consideration at all, they only care about themselves. They have 4 kids who are out until 10pm in the garden, they scream shout, answer back and show utter disrepect, the parents can't control them, and onky thing about themselves; They have in the garden, a hot tub, goal net, the kids bang footballs against my fence all the time, all i hear is Alexa Alexa...they do not care if i am sitting out, they park over my driveway and have parties and music blaring all the time, i tried to speak to them and i got back ' not another moaning !!!!!! go f* off, now i know it is a rented property, i was not told about this when i viewed it. What path can i go down, love the house and the garden, i have a lovely sitting area which i cannot use, i have a shed which i brought to block them off, but my anciety when i see them is through the roof!

The noise isn't considered anti-social until it has gone past 11pm, albeit its anti-social to you and your enjoyment of your house. The only path you have is to sell up and move. How long have you lived there? I don't believe that a seller has to disclose anything about neighbours unless they had a dispute with them. Unfortunately it looks like you would need to disclose this if you were to sell up.1

I disagree, t'JP.It's ok for a neighbour to make any amount of noise until 11pm, and to reply with an 'off when asked to be considerate? This is a rented property, MRP? In which case a report to the LL might have some effect. The current noisy tenants can seemingly afford the current rent quite easily, but I wonder how easily they would be able to find a similar alternative, should the LL be a considerate one and actually do the 'right thing'? Most AST terms include something about being considerate to neighbours, or similar. What to do, MRP? Gather evidence. Record these altercations. They want to cuss in response to a reasonable request to keep the noise down? Hmm.IF the level of noise and its 'content' is unreasonable, then things should be doable, tho' rarely easy. Any other neighbours affected? If so, multiple reports would help.5

You can't do much about kids playing. Music and the like late at night you might be able to complain about to the council. Unfortunately if it's just a case of thin walls then there isn't much you can do.2

At least half of the things you are complaining about are not really anti social and aren't worth complaining about. Having four kids in the garden playing until 10pm, owning a hot tub or football nets and using an Alexa is not really something you can really complain about. It is standard family noise you have to expect when living next to a house with kids. It is annoying but it's domestic noise you should expect when living in a residential area.
To be honest based on your last post you are coming across as a bit of a snob and just don't like the fact you have a family on benefits living next door.

Who the hell should have to put up with that?! Parking on your drive? You have got to be kidding! Cussing at you if you dare to ask them to turn it down?Evidence evidence evidence. And, once you've accumulated enough 'noise' info, then feel free to approach them again and again - nice and calmly - and record their replies. The LA has a duty to respond to anti-social behaviour, and the police if it's threatening as well. And if the LA is also the LL, then for pity's sakes, why can't they use that as a lever? The threat ought to be enough. You have a 'right' to peaceful enjoyment of your home.Again - any other neighbours affected?3
